Allergy Information:
Although many of our cakes/fillings are nut-free. we are not a nut-free facility. We caution clients with allergies to consume our sweets at their own risk.
Order Policy:
All orders and/or inquiries must be made by message or email.
Every cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
Once the details of the order are finalised, we will send you an email for your review and approval.
Once the order is confirmed we will email you a link to pay online. We require at least 7 days advance notice for confirmed orders.
All Orders must be paid in full before pickup/delivery. Once the order is approved and finalized. our cancellation policy is in effect.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 7 Days of the event.
You may make any changes that you wish to a retail order until 96 hours (4 Days) prior to the pick up time on your written order form. We cannot guarantee any changes to size, flavors, or artwork will be available if changes are made within 96 hours (4 Days). We are always happy to add cupcakes to orders in the event that you need to serve more guests.
Changes may be made to wedding cake flavours, servings counts, and design until 15 days before your wedding date. At that time everything must be finalised. No changes to serving count, flavours or design can be made after the 15 day point.
No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled within 7 Days of the event.
All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee. Bake My Cake will retain 50% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.
Pick-Up Agreement:
If upon picking up your cake you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your cake you are NOT obligated to take the cake. If you choose not to take the cake you will be issued a full refund via your original purchase method. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments to the cake decoration can be made at no additional charge if requested.
Disclaimer:
If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily. Please drive carefully and slowly. Once the cake leaves our premises we are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.

We accept both Bank Transfer and PayPal as payment methods. We do not store your payment information outside of these platforms.

PayPal may save your payment information at your request in order to make repeat purchasing of goods and services easier next time you visit our website. PayPal will not save payment information without your request. We do not have access to view your payment method.
We will have the ability to view redacted payment information for transaction identification and fraud protection purposes even if you do not save your payment card.

We take the following measures to protect your payment information:
We do not keep all your payment information so as:
a) to prevent the possibility of our duplicating a transaction without a new instruction from you;
b) to prevent any other third party from carrying out a transaction without your consent
Where applicable, PayPal will keep your payment information encrypted on their servers.

Access to your payment information is restricted to authorised staff only.

If we ask you questions about your payment information, we only show partial detail as the last four digits of the debit or credit card or account number, so that you can identify the means of payment to which we refer.
